He leads land procurement, liaising with land owners and government bodies for the timely progression of all legal formalities. Imbibed with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships, he remains a constant inspiration to the entire Karan Group team.

Karan Taware leads Karan Group as its Managing Director, bringing a unique blend of engineering precision and legal acumen to real estate development. A Civil Engineer from the UK and a Lawyer by qualification, he carries forward the legacy of quality and transparency that has defined Karan Group since 1995.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Karan has been the driving force behind the organisation's growth — turning challenges into opportunities and delivering homes that stand on trust.
