1995

Foundation Year

Karan Group was established in Pune in 1995 with a vision to deliver quality construction. Our first residential project laid the groundwork for decades of trust and set the standard for everything that followed.

Late 1990s – 2000s

Expanding Across Pune & Baramati

With early projects like Karan Ashiana, Madhupushpa, Valencia, Karan Park, Karan Nora, Karan Janus, Karan Iris, and Karan Selva, the group expanded across Pune and Baramati — building residential communities that families still cherish today.

2005 – 2012

Commercial & Residential Growth

The launch of Karan Selene, Karan Tej Bonita, Karan Court, Karan Arcade, Tej Arista, Karan IRA, Karan Celista, and Karan Bazaar marked a new era. We diversified into commercial spaces like Vishwa and Karan Landmark in Baramati while continuing to deliver premium residences.

2012 – 2018

Iconic Developments

Projects like SARA, Karan Vitoria, Karan Gardenia, Karan Eva, Karan Rhea, Megh Sparsh, ATHENA, Karan Bharati, Karan Ceto, and IRENE redefined our portfolio. The addition of Estrela and Kiprizza brought innovative design and modern amenities to the communities we serve.
